When you click a sound menu, it will be loaded and ready for use with your MIDI controller. These instruments can be used in a variety of musical styles, including drum and bass, hip-hop, and dance.īy searching this Sound Directory, you can choose from a wide range of material (over 10,000 single hits) for creating your own patterns. Break beats are the sections of an old recording where the arrangement of the song is broken down into its primary drum beat. Core Library Suites can be reorganized into a genre-based sound by using this Sound Directory. There are 4 (*) 4 ** 4 grooves available, which are accessible by instrument. The directories are excellent for creating Grooves from scratch or for creating simpler patterns for a song. The next two directories contain re-organizations of the Groove Elements from the Core Library in order to make it easier to browse them. Stylus RMX comes with a standard sound set that is referred to as the Core Library. The library will now be available in Stylus RMX. A file browser window will open locate the library you wish to add and click “Open”. Next, click on the Libraries tab and click the “Add Library” button. In order to add a library to Stylus RMX, first open the Preferences window by going to the File menu and selecting Preferences.
